For the commission:

Disclose what the end use is (poster, video, phone background, etc.) so it can be made with this in mind.
Disclose use for commercial purposes. I generally do not limit usage of the work for other purposes but do disclose / ask before you do.
Delivery time depends on work complexity. Generally 〜 3 weeks for the bigger works without background - this will be extended if I require feedback from you and you are not able to respond. Rushing a work can be arranged for extra fee.
I work full time outside of this, which may delay progress at points, but I understand "real-life" deadlines and communication.
I do not take / work on more than 2 commission requests at once - slots listed on x.

Work may be used to promote myself (this page, pixiv, x, etc.) - ask if the work should be exclusive / timed exclusive.
For the payment:
Complete payment is to be done in $USD with PayPal invoice when requested - generally after basic sketch is agreed on (prices are listed in €EUR but charged in $USD for fee / conversion purposes). I will begin working on the commission after the invoice is paid.
No refunds once the work on the commission is started.
If delays past the agreed deadline were to happen, they will be directly communicated.
If by circumstance I am made unable to finish the work at all, you will be refunded.
Unwarrented chargebacks or undisclosed commercial use will result in withdrawal of your rights to all provided works.
Work on the commission:
You send the idea, references and specify use case and deadline. We discuss the idea.
I make a crude sketch (generally 1-2 days). We discuss it, I make changes and we agree on the concept.
I will work on the linework and ask for feedback as i create it. Once we agree on the linework and add base flat colors, no large changes can be made anymore - be as direct / honest for what you need in the sketching phase.
As I work I will send updates when I feel feedback could be useful or when you ask for it. At this point I will only make larger changes (moving an arm, changing face rotation, etc.) for extra fee. Redrawing the pose completely will not be possible.
I will send a screenshot of the complete work for a final check. After delivering the agreed upon png files (over email / Google Drive) I will only fix obvious errors in details (missing beauty mark, etc.). Properly check the piece as soon as possible.
